How do i complian about reeds?

my boyfriend has worked most of his life he was recently made redundent and had to sign on being on the dole they sent him to reeds where they spoke to him as if he was a piece of **** and were very unprofesional with him does anybody know how i can comlain about them and how i go about it thanks in advance x
