i am a thirteen old girl.. I dont know what u can do.. But u should get a job and then move out of the house after u find a new place to live.. Ur fathr is frustrated always and he just takes out that frustration on u.. If u and ur girlfriend love each other a lot the tell her everything about whatever is happening.. And just tell her that u love her and sayher to help u a bit
