In UK - How can immigrants afford to run businesses so quickly?

i think its because they are used to living very frugally.most local families are used to buying all new and buying the food they want not necessarily what they need. people from other places are used to buying things like beans or rice that r cheap and then supplementing with a bit of meat and veg and making due with what they have or buying second hand furniture etc the uk, usa and canada are all consumer countries other places r different.
