Are all jobcentres really harsh when it comes to putting you on those long courses?

I might be going on the dole when I finish my college course as I don't feel confident enough yet to seek employment. I read online that the government have done this shake-up where as soon as you go on the dole they try to kick you onto these long 13-week courses where you spend the whole day in there calling places up asking for jobs. Just wondering if anyone has first-hand experience if this is true or not or if it's just scaremongering to dissuade people from going on the dole?

you do not fit any type of junction box into a wall ..how can you get to it for maintenance? ..but most important ..if he is not nic reg then he cannot do it ..and i doubt if he is or he will know you must fit the appropriate size cable directly back to consumer unit ..and fit a mcb ...you should all so get a certificate afterwards ..im a builder ..would never ever connect to an old black rubber cable ..you should all so check if your earthing system is up to scratch

Individual mandate--a conservative, market based alternative to employer mandates or?

Maybe we should make a regulatory committee to make sure everyone knows this. And after that another regulatory committee to oversee that the first one does their job correctly. I'm a conservative and I will not vote for Romney, he is not a conservative to me. We need to shrink government and this isn't shrinking government. I liked Clinton, do you know why? He left W with a surplus. The fact that Romney and Obama both want similar things should point out that there really isn't much difference between mainstream Republicans and Democrats, Obama continuing many of W's policies could also point this out. I am of the unrepresented variety of the Republican party. Ron Paul 2012.
