Any abbr. like AFK, but for checking pc frequently, but not being always present?

What I'm looking for is an abbreviation for trying to say (mostly used while chatting), that you are present now, but you may leave any time, for period of any length from 0 sec. to approximately 15 minutes. You may use it, when you're at home, being social with family, helping with domestic chores, but you frequently check your pc for chat messages, being free to chit-chat, but for short periods, or just for exchanging important information. Is there any? Or if it isn't, what would be a good idea? We've been using with friends in our own language (slovak) BHD - beh�m hore dole, which is in imperfect translation something like "running about"
